Discover the vibrant streets of Nairobi and immerse yourself in its rich offerings. Our private city tour, lasting a few hours, will take you to must-see spots like the Railway Museum, the breathtaking rooftop of the Kenya International Convention Centre (KICC), the heart of the city center, the Kenya National Archives, the Nairobi National Museum and the Snake Park. If time allows, we can also fit in some shopping! Start your adventure effortlessly with our guide picking you up directly from your hotel or the airport. Your first stop of the day is the KICC. The center offers panoramic views of Nairobi from its rooftop, which is a great way to start your exploration. The KICC is also an iconic landmark and an important conference center.
Later, ead over to the National Archives to delve into Kenya’s rich history. The Archives house a vast collection of historical documents, manuscripts, and artifacts. Just a short distance away, the Railway Museum showcases Kenya’s railway heritage. It has a fascinating collection of vintage locomotives (including the one from which Superintendent John Lyall was snatched by a man-eating lion in Tsavo in 1901) and railway memorabilia. Enjoy lunch at the bustling City Market. It’s a great place to sample local cuisine and shop for souvenirs. The market is lively and offers a range of food options. Visit the National Museum to explore Kenya’s natural, cultural, and artistic heritage. The museum features a range of exhibits from fossils and art to traditional artifacts. Conclude your tour with a visit to the Snake Park, located next to the National Museum. It’s home to a variety of snakes and other reptiles, offering an interesting and educational experience. After the tour, our guide will drop you off at your hotel or the airport
