Explore the farm, breathe in the fresh air, and learn about the coffee production process, from bean to cup. Spanning nearly 100 acres of lush farmland, the estate is irrigated by the Riara River, which is nourished by streams from the scenic Kenyan highlands.
The farm was established in the early 1900s, it has has consistently delivered high-quality coffee thanks to its rich, fertile soils and favorable growing conditions. The estate also promotes domestic coffee consumption and offers an educational experience through daily tours. These tours, held twice daily at 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM, allow visitors to explore the farm, breathe in the fresh air, and learn about the coffee production process. The peaceful surroundings make it an ideal spot for both locals and tourists to connect with nature while gaining insight into one of Kenya’s most celebrated crops.
