Itinerary

Day 1: Nairobi – Zanzibar

You will take the first flight for the day to Zanzibar where you will be met by Gemfinders Safaris  representative who will take you to your hotel via Spice Island tour and stone town tour. In Stone Town, you learn about slave trade history and sultan history. We will visit the spice plantations where you will have the opportunity to pick, smell, and savor fruits and spices which you have probably never seen on the supermarket shelf, Cloves, star fruit, tangerine trees, lemon grass, mangos teen, ‘lipstick trees’, to name but a few what you can expect to see. This is the cheapest place to buy locally made perfumes and oils. Romantic Dinner will be served then you may retire to bed at your own pleasure.

Day 2: Zanzibar & Full Day Excursion to Mnemba

After Breakfast our guide will pick you and take you together with others on a full day tour by dhow to visit an Island where you will spend the day sailing, snorkeling and swimming in the serene Indian Ocean. Diving and snorkeling around Mnemba Island is a once-in-a-lifetime adventure. Swim amid a vibrant assortment of fish and marine life while marveling at the fascinating world beneath Zanzibar’s azure coastline. Seafood and barbecue luncheon will be served as you relax and get a chance to network with other holiday makers in this excursion from all over the world. Then return to the hotel for further relaxation and freshening up. Dinner will be served then you may retire to bed at your own pleasure.

Day 3: Zanzibar & Sunset Cruise

After breakfast you may spend the whole day as you please, this day you can sample their spa. In the evening, our tour guide will pick you from the hotel together with others and take you to the beach where you will take a motor boat or dhow to enjoy a sunset cruise to enjoy sundowners at the best view point as drinks and snacks will be served. Dinner will be served at 7.00p.m. Then you may retire to bed at your own pleasure or attend a beach party.

Day 4: Full day spent at leisure

Full day relaxation at the hotel. Unwind in the sunshine on the magnificent pool deck; spend a relaxing day soaking up the sun and taking a dip at the hotel’s own private pool. Day 5: Zanzibar to Nairobi
