Day 1: Nairobi to Samburu National Park

Upon arrival at Nairobi’s Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you’ll be greeted by your driver and guide in a 4×4 safari vehicle. After a brief introduction, embark on a scenic drive to Samburu National Park, passing through the lush countryside and crossing the equator. Arrive and check-in at the Samburu Sopa Lodge in time for lunch, followed by your first exciting game drive. Explore the park’s arid landscapes and spot unique species like the Grevy’s zebra, reticulated giraffe, and beisa oryx. Return to your lodge for dinner and a relaxing overnight stay.

Day 2: Full day in Samburu National Park

After an early breakfast, enjoy a full day of exploration with morning and afternoon game drives. Visit the Ewaso Ng’iro River, a lifeline for the park’s wildlife, and watch elephants and other animals gather at its banks. Keep your eyes peeled for Samburu’s predators, including lions, cheetahs, and leopards. In between game drives, relax at your lodge and take in the stunning views of the rugged landscape. In the evening, return to your lodge for dinner and a restful night.

Day 3: Samburu NR – Nairobi City

After breakfast, head out for a final morning game drive, capturing more memorable moments with Samburu’s wildlife. Then, begin the journey back to Nairobi, with a stop for lunch en route. Your driver will drop you off at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport/, concluding your thrilling 3-day Samburu safari adventure.
