Your adventure begins with an early morning pick-up from your Nairobi hotel or airport, setting off on a scenic drive that takes you through the picturesque Kenyan countryside. As you make your way to Ol Pejeta Conservancy, you’ll enjoy views of expansive savannahs, rolling hills, and the iconic African landscape. 

Arriving at Ol Pejeta by mid-morning, you’ll check in at your lodge and have lunch before embarking on your first game drive. Ol Pejeta is renowned for its incredible biodiversity, including the largest population of endangered black rhinos in East Africa, as well as the rare northern white rhinos. During your afternoon game drive, keep your eyes peeled for elephants, lions, cheetahs, and a variety of antelope species. The conservancy is also home to a sanctuary for rescued chimpanzees, giving you a unique opportunity to learn about and observe these fascinating primates in their natural habitat. 

As the sun sets over the African savannah, you’ll return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay, reflecting on the day’s wildlife encounters. 

On your second day, wake up early for a morning game drive, where the early hours provide prime opportunities to spot wildlife as they become active. This is a great time to see predators like lions and leopards as they hunt, as well as large herbivores like giraffes and buffalo. Your guide will share insights into the various species you encounter, making this a valuable educational experience. 

After your morning game drive, return to your lodge for breakfast. Following breakfast, check out and embark on a final activity at Ol Pejeta. You may opt for a visit to the Ol Pejeta Chimpanzee Sanctuary or a guided bush walk to learn more about the flora and fauna of the conservancy from your knowledgeable guide. 

Later in the day, begin your journey back to Nairobi, with an expected arrival in the early evening, concluding your unforgettable safari experience.
